So if you choose to stop using them, you’d have to recreate the listing and start all over.Just doing a quick google search I did find "Easy Air Rentals" and while I can't speak to the results of the company it does look like they have a Palm Coast presence!

We have been using Cozy and it is great.

I will be starting my tech school soon for the Air Force (As a 2nd LT) and I currently have a decent amount of money saved up (nothing crazy) but in the next six months I will be in a good position to purchase a rental where I'll be at (Central Texas).

I have started using Cozy to manage one of my tenets and I plan to use Cozy to list my next property. 

I have been using Cozy for my out of state unit and plan on using it for all rentals going forward.

I'm interested in owning rental properties and air BnBs.

But my goals and vehicles to get there are different than yours.Have an attorney draft up an air tight partnership and hold everyone accountable.Don’t fail.It never hurts to get more experience but if you need the capital bring them on and let them know There is a chance of losing money.
