What is the NOI on the facility and how many rooms are you renting I think you could do it as a dscr loan and refi it with a hedge fund and get 65% cash out and close with 14days

I got confused a bit because the seller of the property had about 19k left in their escrow account at closing time from a 203k loan for the same property.

Do not allow the seller to return for personal belongings after the close without some type of documentation on when they would have everything removed.
