That is just their style.Their market share is dropping (both in my own experience and in the news) and it may reflect this vert attitude.Although I keep AIR as a host, I always look to VRBO when I am travelling.

I agree with @Cedric Van Duyn that the numbers presented seem liberal but may also reflective of new construction given that there are warranties.
