If I can find a city that is growing in both areas then I would put that as a potential for further research. 3.Once i've created a list of areas that are of interest I then start looking at the average sale price for the location.

That's a good average (and of course if you already have a servicer in mind you can just use their figure).Ultimately, servicing does factor in, however when you start stacking performing notes the servicing fees are pretty negligible.

There is no incentive for me to pay it off with how low interest rates are, I'd rather use the money to invest where you can make 8-10%(an average return) on your money.
