You should find dozens of agreements online from a Google search that you can download.Copy and paste the parts that you like from each of them, then blend all the bits and pieces together, so they flow properly.Then take it to an experienced REAL ESTATE attorney to review for legal compliance and offer suggestions.Ongoing you can update as you encounter new issues you want to incorporate.

The loan servicer will likely do the bare minimum required by law, which I believe is somewhere in between "request proof of death and inheritance" on one end, and possibly "do nothing" on the other, depending on what compliance lawyer you ask.

Hey Eric,About 4 years ago SF passed a law requiring short-term rental Platforms to register all hosts and their rental property with the city, who'd be monitoring their compliance with these new short-term rental restrictions  (must be renting primary residence of min 6 months out of the year; must rent primary residence/room in residence for max 90 days out of the year).
