We live in the Erie, PA area.

Should be units available early next year and im worried the rent is going to stall out in the area.

This area is the most up foonr explosi, and buying the  notes behind it for someone that can manage that process may yield as the best investment in 2024. 5.

It's more about finding a property that works, than finding an area where everything does.

@Jefferson Black- thanks - I am not aware of any lender that  will do a loan on an INV  manuf home property ...you might contact the local small to mid size credit unions and banks in your area ...you also might try the bank that you have  funds deposited at - good luck

Thank you Gregory, I’m planning to expand my portfolio in the next few years once I’ve been in the area a few years. 

They will inform you of the problems but still close per your instructions.The unpaid payments are called arrears and they must be paid to settle the preforeclosure.Preforeclosures are a bit tricky and should involve someone who knows what they are doing and what each sides options are.

You will need to create the story for why these properties are a good investment, especially if you are divesting for distressed reasons.
