The property is in San Antonio TX and I guess 4x is a little exagerated but not by much since I live in Vegas where I pay a little over $300/year for the owner occupied and for the rental I'm paying close to $1200 and I did shop a few companies before I went with this one.

@Brent Seehusen last time I caught Bruce was in Vegas at an Entrust event.. one of the presenters was the company that does those life settlements.. and also was the focus of American Greed show... we both looked at each other and said wow this is morbid.HE is a very nice fellow and of course very knowlegable and free with his time.

We closed on our second KMart a couple weeks ago, this one is in Danville, VA, 1.3 miles from the new $550 million casino thats under construction right now and opening in Q1 2024, big things happening in that town!
