Sec 179 allows accelerated depreciation of vehicles over 5500 lbs - and with a portion of my work being renovating properties buying a RAM was understandable.

Again, I am new to real-estate, so I am understanding that the passive income from investment properties starts off as somewhat minimal and is not going to make me rich overnight.

I just don't understand how all of these companies seem to have a CRM that has no follow up with customers in place to keep them interested.

So I understand the basics of direct mail campaigns but my problem is knowing what to do when someone actually calls back!

My understanding of a self-directed retirement account, though, will make it so that the income from the rental will have to go back into the account and we cannot use it as passive income for our normal personal expenses.  

Saving around 10,000 would take me twos so if I'm able to get by with a lower down payment I will gladly do so..I understand  concerns that the lower the down payment  the bigger your mortgage and that banks offering low money down loans partly caused the recession....

I don't want to cause any family feuding that may lead to the use of authorities; I understand that may be necessary here.Thanks for reading!

Just understand that a lot of 'transactional' offices do not offer you much in terms of broker oversight.
