The multi families I own here in south Florida were in lower income areas (AS MOST MULTI FAMILIES ARE) however I noticed that the location was close to beaches and airports, and gentrification was taking place where developers were moving in and building new construction.

I have rentals that will be paid off soon, but I view retirement as working when I want to not just golfing and sitting on a beach.

Im not against the idea of making it a temporary STR as it’s only about 10mins from Daytona’s beach’s. 

I've got a lead on an off market coastal beach house property that the owner wants to sell.

Hi guys, Been a BiggerPockets supporter for years, and I'm finally getting my first Short-Term rental (Condo on the beach).

Saw this one-story beach house that looks beat up and abandoned.

Close to the beaches, close to the casinos.

Clearwater / Indian Rocks Beach are quite a bit more flexible in STR regulations from what I can research online and get back from the city but St Pete really is the star of the show in that area in my opinion.
