Over the years I have taught myself how to find the decision makers for property with the help of  the internet and tools such as TLOXP.  

So on the internet we find what we look for and we look for what we find.

This is way too much money to just take free advice off the internet.

You would be surprised at how much you could get done on the internet.

Harvard lawyer means nothing to me, I've gone against plenty of them, but each case comes down to facts and the law.That said, you need a local commercial broker, not the broad experience and opinions of the internet.
