I got into a triplex now 4plex back in 2012 with an FHA loan and it now pays double the mortgage (piti) so I'm definitely a fan of the plan if you can make it happen.

Was hoping for a Packers Patriots Super Bowl as those are the fans that travel but should be fine w Seattle New England.

Moving from England, it is already easy to see a difference in the way things are run here, but there appears to be a lot of opportunity.Living in LA.

I'm generally not a fan of anyone who would be so transient that they would want to just rent a place for a couple of months, so just on its face, I wouldn't allow subletting to someone who claimed they'd just want to stay there for the summer.
