Everyone is looking for a freaking short-cut.  

As to @Ben Leybovich he is like a razor, he is sharp but he can cut things easily, use it to your advantage, not to your harm.

I like the idea of being able to cut a check from my 401(k) to use in my business!  

It sounds like this company cuts costs everywhere....and the sales are like moving through an assembly line.  

That way, they have time to get settled into their new home without having to worry about cutting the grass and all that fun stuff.For anyone who sells houses in the wintry areas, like Cleveland, you could pay for their snow plowing while they get settled in.

We have no access past the water meter and the main is across four lanes of asphalt and through a train station, so I cut the main right after a shutoff and got a drip that ran to nothing.

We will touch base with our realtor and give them a clear cut vision of what we want/expect.

There is no short cut.
