In your instance of being an OOS landlord I’d look at placing a property manager until you can non-renew her.

@Ryan Dragon, before you sell anything, I would be looking at these supposed "higher cash flowing" properties.

A couple big-time development projects has recently gone underway (expansions of  hyper-wealthy member clubs)we're looking to expand into a couple new markets, but we are entirely open to other locations.So I guess my questions are...1-is there a hands-down, by-the-numbers, best location in the US to invest in 2025?
