I found this contractor from the wholesaler through whom I bought the house.

A lot of us own equity together in certain wholesale projects due to us actually being able to afford them with ease with multiple people involved in it. 

Or you could be the 5th wholesaler thats contacted him and he doesn't want to deal with it anymore.

A big agent player in this space is going to do 100x the volume of the unlicensed wholesaler types.

At this point I need help finding a property perhaps using a local wholesaler, so my brother introduced me to BiggerPockets.

Wholesaling is hard, you basically have to know how to be a flipper and just make less money, it takes either a ton of time or a good amount of money to find sellers willing to sell at a price that leaves meat on the bone for the investor and wholesaler. 

I am a newbie wholesaler!
