I have watched some sales here, and just don't understand them.  

I felt the HOA was another set of eyes to watch and upkeep the property.  

There are a few duplexes, fourplexes, & SFH that I am currently watching here in BCS that look pretty good on paper.Cheers, Ryan in College Station

After reading and watching videos about wholesaling and just the real estate market in general I think wholesaling is the route best for me.
