Do two inspections for laughs, a guaranteed surprise.

Hoping to get some opinions.I currently own two homes, one i live in the other i rent out.

I don’t know your background whatsoever, but if you are a first time with not much experience, you should think twice about entering into an agreement where you are at the mercy of two entities (the program inspector & the tenant) that determine whether or not you are fit to get paid by them.  

The two things that come out of anything I buy are attached icemakers and garbage disposals. 

Very little from FB flips maybe 3000, it’s more for fun here and there. recently started the online store. anyways probs not worth having even mentioned those two considering as of now both very little compared to 97% from work. i work a lot my friends say im a workaholic lol. i’m just trying to elevate my family’s life. by elevate i mean get us out of working so much and actually have more time to enjoy the fruits of our labor

You should work at establishing a relationship with a contractor who can move forward for a day or two without you paying the current invoice.

After learning more it might be favorable for me to sell my unit since it is my primary residence and I have lived longer than two years. 

Does the 1099 form break out those two numbers? 

Rent Control is a two sided issue.

Here in Florida a C neighbor in one town can differ greatly from a C in a town 30 mins down the road.
