I've got an opportunity on a building for extremely cheap.

I’ve been a BP forum stalker for a while, and finally pulled the trigger and am about to close on my first rental property.

I am in the military, and that is extremely common.

My primary plan in this market for this type of asset, is to buy out as many tenants from their extremely under market rent controlled units, do improvements and re-rent at market and dispose or refi.

I put in each of my current short-term rentals to see what its estimate for annual revenue is and it was extremely accurate.

I'm extremely excited about the opportunity to join the Lake Lure STR community.
