Because it was a nicer, more affluent area there was much less crime, and many times, we as citizens had to worry far more about traffic tickets as opposed to getting robbed at gunpoint, or my car our home broken into.

Otherwise, you'd get half the traffic on here telling people to go to previous posts and not post their question.Since its a subjective question, I think they should be allowed to start the thread anew so that people who missed the previous posts can chime in as well.That being said, I'm going give my response to what I want out of an agent.1) Someone that gets me showings as fast as possible.2) Someone that puts in any offer I want to put in - regardlessof whether they believe the offer will be enough to be accepted or not.Thats really it.

Some people might be hesitant to rent it because of the noise generated by vehicular traffic at the busy intersection all hours of the day or night, if that's the case.On the other hand it might be a good location to attract renters easily without much advertising.
