depends on situation. grey water is just shower sink, can go into ground. soon will convert to composting toilet so poop and urine separated. can throw away bagged poop as done with poopy diapers and dump urine. no black water.

I am currently under contract for a property in Kansas City built in 1957, recently rehabbed which I have had undergo a home inspection, inspection by Structural engineer and most recently a plumber inspector as the home inspector was originally unable to access the sewerline from outside of the house and was not licensed to remove the toilet so he suggested having a plumber inspect the sewer line.

I typically can do an entire gut/full remodel in around 45 days +/- depending on how already habitable the house is when I take it over - which I never know because I mostly purchase As-Is no prior to inspection so more fun with all the little expensive gifts I find throughout the process.
