At present leaning towards white ceiling paint and then any light color or gray for the walls or maybe same light color on the ceiling, as well as walls?

They give me ideas of color pallet for painting.Good luck!

Color darcy is one which looks to be a good service so i'm going to look into them.Any advice given is much appreciated.

It is a very dark house in the woods so we put in a lot of lights, added a large window and the light colored flooring really brightened the place up.Master bedroom with full bathroom and closet addition.  

I would remove the cabinet without the top,  fix holes in walls and if it adds to the look paint the cabinets a lighter color.

Currently we are using the same color for all units (flat Valspar paint, color = Polar Star).

Once a coat of paint goes on, within 2-3 years the color changes. 

What needs to be done...As of right now this property needs some work in order to get it into proper rental condition.CENTRAL AIR ( I'd like to get rid of all window units )REPAINT ( to a more neutral color, another words NOT PINK )REHAB ONE OF THE BATHROOMS COMPLETELY ( Average size restroom )I would like to do a cash out refinance on this property and take out 80% of the appraisal value in order to cover expenses for the updates to the property and to have some capital to invest in another single family home or possibly get into flipping with my family.Again i'd really appreciate feedback!

If you are concerned with wear and tear provide a few large, neutral colored, area rugs for the tenants.

He wants the carpet replaced because he "doesn't like the color" and he wants a deeper fiber pile.
