Hello Everyone and thanks in advance for any help provided. I am new to this community and real estate investing. I am not starting with a lot of cash flow. I have located a property in the Metro Detroit Area that I would like to purchase to rehab and resale/flip and I am wondering if there is any advice available to help me with getting started, things to look out for etc.

Sorry not sure if I am giving enough information as I am not sure what info may be need to help get the answers I am requesting. Please advise of any helpful tips etc.

Hi Jeremy! Regarding the homes you were offered in Detroit. Why did you decide against them? My thoughts are there are many people looking to purchase bank owned homes in Detroit that are having a difficult time finding them. Please provide any feedback.
