out of my first 30 sales in phase one  6 were from inner Portland moving out of the inner city.But of course they sold their homes in a nano second.. but they can sell a 60 year old drafty 3 and 1 for 600k and buy one of my spanking new homes  LOL.. work from home and retirees and compute to southern metro jobs..

My experience had been that your attorney acts also as title counsel, thereby also charging for both, as in the Southern Tier of NY.in NY I use own title co regardless because of trust and loyalty.i have never done that in CT yet but hey ...Much success !
