Buying agents in southern oregon
I am looking at a property and as a real estate professional I normally try to deal with the owners. Failing that direct with sellers agent. Worst case with a buyer agent. For civilians it makes sense to just use agents, but once you are sort of in the game I find it is better have fewer fingers in the pie. I am not militant about it- that is just sort of my order of operations.
Anyway, started dealing with a seller's agent who I think is a little shady. There is a whole spectrum of behavior when it comes to the inherent conflict of interest stuff between agents and sellers. Some agents manage it great, some are a bit shady, some should be run out of town. I don't know how far to the shady side this guy is- but its just enough that I feel gross talking to him.
BUT I WANT THE PROPERTY.
So, looking for somebody to rep my side so I can make this deal happen. Suggestions?
