Newbie from Southern NH

Hello everyone I am new to BiggerPockets and looking to get started in real estate investing! My wife and I live in Southern NH and recently sold our single family home currently renting from her parents. We are eager to make our first (of hopefully many) purchases of an investment property within the next year. I would like to connect to others in this area doing the same! After discovering BiggerPockets I am realizing investing is possible anywhere even in this high priced market, I look forward to connecting!
