Saint Louis is actually seeing tons of incoming tech, medical, and investments.   

Right now, my wife and I are debt free except a small medical debt that we are working on paying off. 

We'll see how it does this fall and winter but I think it'll at least break even until the good weather again.The summer months are definitely way more profitable and should be able to make up for the slower months.
