I always listen while driving and wind up taking calls and (a-hem) watching the road, so I will listen to this one several times to be sure I don't miss a single grain of wisdom.

Kansas City Metro has solid houses from about $80k to about $200 that you can cash flow and several turn key providers and lots of wholesalers who can get you set up.

Such that over several years, the property is 100% distributed to the account owner.What if a person contributed $5500 per year worth of value in a property to the SDIRA? 

Good afternoon Stephen Dickey ,If you’re willing to work with an agent, look up any listing in your area on Zillow, redfin, realtor, etc... the 2-3 agents who come up on that listing should be receiving several buyer leads per day.

There are several near me with neighborhood sounding names like "Zellwood Station", "Chalet North", "The Hills", "The Valley", "Overland Village" etc.
