Just a random question for anyone who has an opinion.

If YOU were screwed over by an unscrupulous Realtor, you'd want to be able to easily identify the person (not some random LLC!)

I think a lot of people get themselves into sticky situations with some random contract they download off the net.

I think no sign is better than those LED signs that go on the fritz with part of the display showing random colors where the owners keep running them for months on end without fixing. 

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Motivated sellers are simply random people that don't want to deal with the uncertainties of selling the traditional way, or cleaning, or fixing anything, and are willing to accept a lower offer for that convenience.

There will always be other deals;  even in our crazy real estate market here in Huntsville, deals still show up at random times and in random places.  

The block-chain is tangible in that it is a random generation of numbers and that generation of numbers is unique to the coin that people hold...that gives crypto a very bright future.

So in the NDA we would agree that I would get payed X amount when I provide the information on the lead to the investor (Keep in mind that these are leads that would be willing to sell, not just any random lead).

I want to make sure that the test and control files are similar and at least do not significantly differ from each other for my key variables.The Test & control files will be the same size splitting the total file using a random number generator.I then plan to measure the key variables using T-Test for each of the two files to make sure they pass the critical value 0.05. (95% significance).However, I have been asked to either a) ensure proportions are maintained, i.e gender (Stratified Sampling) or b) make each file almost the same by sorting on the key variable and selecting every 2nd record as the Test file Queries:1) Can I still use T-Tests to measure the similarity / difference between the key variable within the file or do i now need a different stats technique and if so what should i use?
