If you want to buy a 20 unit building in the West Village it's going to cost an arm and a leg because that neighborhood is perennially popular.

But I do not know whether it is in the walls or to the street nor how to recognize its use.5.

However on the East side of Little Haiti bordering Biscayne there are some very nice streets.

Only problem we've ever had with them is when the City came in and changed the cover to our water meter on the street; Guardian couldn't open it to check the numbers.

It seems to be a safe number for the area in fact hopefully(especially with what I will put into it) a low estimate as a comp I pulled up on the same street 200 sq ft less same bed/bath sold 16 days ago for $285k.

Philly is a city a neighborhoods where one pocket is great but just a few streets down the area may not be so good. 

There are these expensive fairly new (10 years or less, with the new build mentioned above) colonials in a subdivision across the street and down the road about a 1/4 mile.
