Ask for multiple referrals, especially from friends and family members.Go outside your contact lists by attending events, such as those organized on Meetup.com.

I did well pre collapse as I did what worked then, I did even better during the collapse, and have grown post, all because I don't invent worlds in my head I simply follow the data and math which never lies. 

Thanks to the BP podcasts and support from this community over the last 3 1/2 years, I have grown my portfolio to about 30 units and we're still growing.

Also, the organization in this book is outstanding.

I learned I am not very organized.

But members of neighborhood councils in areas that regularly see wild parties say many wealthy party organizers and homeowners are undeterred by fines.

Talking to as many people as possible will organically grow your network.

With Los Angeles in particular, where community organizations were already straining to serve residents before COVID-19 swept through the city, the situation has become even more challenging.
