Seeking Property Management in Minneapolis
I've been on the hunt for a property manager for a condo I have in MPLS. Any referrals would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

@Jerome S. in Minneapolis I've used Urban Enterprises & been happy with them, they run an organized communicative operation w/ good prices and supervised by a very experienced PM. My properties have needed some "repositioning" and haven't been turn key, and they've been patient while sticking with me through the sometimes challenging process.
Also heard mixed things about Rental Warehouse, such a big operation, if your PM is good you're fine but if you get a bad one not good, I have a friend out of state who takes a more hands off approach to her rentals, and RW forgot to rent a unit for > 1 month until she noticed, etc...
I use another PM in St Paul who I've also liked, but sounds like youre in Minneapolis.
