@Jared Myers - personally I don't work well with pressure sales ! 

The goal is not to win the  suit but simply put pressure on the Seller by stopping any other transactions.

As you pointed out, the residents are a little resistant to growth, meaning that there will be pressure on the government to delay or refuse to permit housing starts.

This is not an area where a landlord has to deal with nonsense from tenants, again this is a solid class B area.Since we knew the tenants were his pressure point and thus we countered his 157k with one of two optionsOption 1: We will pay 127k with the contingency that the house be vacant upon sale. 

Also to note this is a highly desirable location with builder pressure on larger lot owners on the same street.

I have to contact the new management company in 2 more days, and I want to fully understand my rights before they blast me with pressure.

Most times tanks die before pressure relief does.  

It was mostly good news, with nothing on there I didn't expect except that the water pressure is really bad, as are the drains, because of the galvanized pipes original to the house.

Read and understand ALL contracts BEFORE you decide to purchase – while this advice seems like common sense, many times these purchases are made in haste and under pressure.

Has anyone checked the pressure coming into the house?
