Good Morning BP, I am a Wholesaler and want to try my hand at virtual wholesaling in other states how do I go by getting started?

Seeing as I'm in the middle of trying to submit an offer on a place, any thoughts/insights are much appreciated!

I do live in a sellers market though, I was talking to my agent this morning and prices are insane in south florida, there are not enough houses to meet demand, is it still a good idea to invest?

Good morning,I'm looking at using a hardmoney lender on purchasing a home that I will use as a primary residence while I rent out the remaining rooms.

I started a wholesaling group and spend my Saturday mornings with them.I am looking for my next purchase at the court house steps, while I am working on a few more.

Obviously I want to cut as many middle people out of the process.

Hello Jay,So if you really want to know just ask the state for a written opinion.. this opened an investigation I was interviewed further and well this individual is going to need to get a license if they want to continue to make any kind of middle man fee.. who ever you want to couch it I also asked about equitable interest as many in the wholesale trade quote that one.. and that did not fly.. 

Saw the ad on TV this morning. 

In other words instead of getting January rent in February and February rent in the middle of the month (this happened), I want to have rent due on the first, late on the 3, and eviction notice posted on the 5th.
