Good Morning BP, I am a Wholesaler and want to try my hand at virtual wholesaling in other states how do I go by getting started? And what should I do to establish a point of contact in the state I want to work in? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. The Raleigh/Durham area is a little saturated, so I'm looking to wholesale in different Markets.
