Just need to make it assignable if for some reason it's not, and make sure that you fill it out correctly.   

They will always have teammates that are younger, and if they are your tenants when they geaduate they can set you up with people to fill your property.

Consequently I get a lot of emails from wholesalers filled with junk which in turn leads me to ignore most everything they send me, likely missing out on the one actual deal they may have found.
