Our office does not have any support staff for us really (Main office does, but our office does not), we don't have a ton of lead generation, I am not sure how the commission schedule fairs to other offices as this is really the only office I have worked for.

There are always interesting people moving here because of the university, the hospitals, the lab and nuclear facilities in Oak Ridge, a Scripts TV network, etc.   

Market share for newer promoters without in-house management teams will be scarce.I was really intrigued by Grant Cardone's initial response of enormous staff cuts.

Hospital staff will always need a place to live that is convenient to the hospital.
