I have heard many of these people speak and they WILL be trying to upsell you to the next level of their training (at a multi-thousand dollar price point).

In the internet age, you can learn an awful lot without spending a dime.

But they are crudely copied articles from books that look like they were printed 20 years ago and you cannot even go in an brand them with your own info.I get the impression he is trying to apply the "internet marketing" and "making easy money on the internet" principals to real estate, which I actually admire.

The ones where you pay them so much money for investor training.

He's a good guy, and an excellent investor and internet marketer.

An advertised special in print, radio, television or internet is no different than what Bob the bedroom broker can offer.

I rather see you drive traffic to an internet site and capture their contact info.

Please remember though, an appraiser's license requires more training than any other RE related position.
