Real Estate Partnership Companies

I am looking for info. on real estate investment partnerships. The ones where you pay them so much money for investor training. Once the training is complete they give you a percentage of the home you sell. The only two that I know of are Rehab List and one in Colorado(not sure of the name). I am told their are about 100 of these firms in the country. Is anyone familar with all of these firms? Is there a web-site where you can compare costs, training, support, ect? If not does anyone know wher I can I obtain this info?
