Hello BP,I am writing this discussion with a goal of receiving a Mentor I hope to earn that through this post.I'm a Carpenter not a writer so please "bear with me"This weekend I attended a training one leadershipand what was discussed really helped me understand the differences in the generation gaps.Ill start off by saying I was brought up with practically no father and very minimal interaction with my mother becuase she worked so much.

I have just a few tips for you that can help you through your real estate journey.Advice for this site...1) Set up keywords for your area and interests so that you're notified when they're used and then start interacting.2) Read through The Ultimate Beginner's Guide3) Go through applicable blogs and podcasts as there are a lot of great resourcesAdvice for REI...1) Study up on what you need to know/do for the 1st step and then do it, then repeat for all following steps until you have completed your first investment then repeat the process and keep learning.

Face-to-face interaction goes a long way and it lets your future mentor connect to you in a deeper level.
