Hello All, 

I live in rural, coastal Northern California in the small city of Arcata. I'm here on BP.com to learn. As of now, my goal is to invest in fix-and-flips and rentals. 

I'm hoping to secure a stable, rewarding and simple lifestyle for the future through smart investing.
