Hi BP Community,I think I found a good duplex to purchase for house hacking that works number wise.

However, if it is between waiting for good work or paying right now for garbage work that won't last, wait the extra two months, especially on your own house hack or something like that where you can manage the inconvenience. 

I currently have an Old Town Scottsdale, AZ property under contract that I plan to house hack into an investment property. 

Place was a great house hack/investment, but we couldn't make up the difference.
