Your tenants can be snubbed, in the stairway, at the clubhouse at the pool or anywhere on the grounds. that doesn't make a happy tenant and can lead to a higher turn over and high turnover will lead to you selling and they will interject things to guide selling to a homeowner to live there.

gone and the remains of my signs that were ripped off when i stapled them to the wooden utility poles, it wasnt on private property either for the owner to come and rip it off which would be understandable and something i wouldnt do, SO what im guessing is another wholesaler who thinks that area is only his because out of all these other signs and service stuck on the ground and nailed to the utility poles only mine was ripped off, which pisses me off to another level and to also mention that my sign was the only one that had to deal with Real Estate.

Note that the MLS is not available for rentals in all areas.4- Include an email option to the ad5- Consider moving away from Google Voice/getting to the point where a person answers.6- get a for rent sign in the ground.7- do not decrease the rent yet.

I've done several rehabs and would not EVEN attempt to do one remotely unless I had people lined up that I knew I could trust intimately.In this situation, I would absolutely not mortgage my residence to fund this deal unless I was certainly I could pay the loan even if this deal goes belly up.Now that you're in this far, the number one thing to do is to get to Cleveland and Toledo and see what the real situation is on the ground and to meet some people.
