The last few weeks I've called a few places for a moderate rehab job, mainly just a basement to finish, even called businesses that specialize in finishing basements.

I just purchased my first flip about a week ago and will be finishing up demo soon and will need to start thinking about finishing materials, ie; lights, trim, faucets.... 

Its not entirely finished, but if I finished the basement it can be a one bed one bath unit. 

If you can't finish drywall smoothly don't tell me that you can.
