How is high end flip or new construction now

Just curious how the market (coronavirus impact) for the niche market for high end flip/ new construction now? The buyer still there? Or they just worried about the stable of income?

Any flippers or builder can share good ideas here?

 It's too early to tell at this point. It will all depend on how long and how deep things go. One thing that helps the high end market are low interest rates. For now rates are dropping and will open up access to more expensive properties for some. Others will hold off so there is no way to know right now.
