The SFH home we thought we had rented as the tenant was going to extend his lease, but that didn't pan out so we still have that one on the list, but 3 out of 4 ain't bad!

We originally posted with “no pets”.With the pandemic and rents down already our concern is if we pass and don’t get another tenant quickly we will be stuck carrying the mortgage for an extended period.Does anyone have experience with tenants with rabbits?
