I am so excited to watch this.

On the flip side, if you picked a good day/time (maybe Tuesday at noon) then you'd see a clean, well-kept unit that would be exciting to own (I wish I owned a few of the places I stayed in college).All of the stuff you mentioned sounds like a weekend showing to me...it's amazing what college kids will live with and also amazing how quick/easy it is to fix these things when needed :)

We have several of those going on right now matter of fact we are closing on a house in Old Fourth Ward and one in East Atlanta Village this Friday.We are very excited to do this historic house in atl. we really hope we can make it a cornerpiece in Atl.
