Whilst I'm super interested in partaking in both flip and buy and hold over the next few years, I must admit, as a newbie I'm often left with a head spin trying to collate the relevant info regarding borrowing options, investing options and all the in between jargon.

Based on what I've learned so far, buy and hold and even finding turnkey rentals is probably the right match for my goals?

I am an Accounting major with 3 semesters left at UVU, I have many cousins, Aunts/Uncles, grand parents, and parents who all do real estate (mostly buy and hold in Provo/Orem). 

He's not interested in buy and holds so we are planning to do Fix and Flips.Any Advice/Suggestions regarding partnerships and choosing an entity would be greatly appreciatedThanks
