Taking on a Partner

Hello all,

Recently, I had a conversation with a colleague of mine. He is a seasoned contractor, and when I worked in that space, we have actually completed projects together. We discussed the possibility of partnering to invest in Real Estate together.

So we had a follow-up meeting today and hashed out the basics:

Initial capital investments, entity formation, target market, and strategy.

He's not interested in buy and holds so we are planning to do Fix and Flips.

Any Advice/Suggestions regarding partnerships and choosing an entity would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
