not for sale/ how to make an offer???
I found a place e that could really be a good power move for me. It looks to be abandoned. I checked and its owned by a local guy that I know indirectly. I need info on how to properly approach him with an offer.
Thanks!!!

Hi @Derrick W.,
Congratulations. Make sure you have some way to pay him in line. If you don't have the money be prepared with some numbers that work out you can offer an owner financing option. Long story short, make sure you are the one that has the answer to "OK, so you like it, how does XYZ sound". "I was thinking X down with Y monthly at Z%interest over C years, payoff in D Years".
Then you sound like you know what you are doing. If you ask him for help coming up with it, worst case he thinks twice and walks away, best case he works numbers that leave you in bad shape. Unless of course you have other ways (Standard type loans).
Good Luck!
