Exposure is the key, but if you are going to send people advertisements on a regular basis, make sure to include something of value so that it is not just another BUY-BUY-BUY marketing piece that they will most likely discard.Thanks,- Harrison

Make it short and targeted and use bullet points - make is scannable.Do not do one for all of those markets - do one for each - one for REITS one for investors one for retail etc....KNOW YOUR GOAL of the piece - remmeber your not going to close a sale with one letter - so what are you trying to close?
