Mailing List - How often?

for those that use a mailing list (constant contact/ get response etc) how often do you send mailings to the whole list.

Do you send every property?
Or do you list some on a website, and send out only the absolute best.

Im wholesaling all properties right now, so Im coming across alot of stuff.
